Alliance of the Counselling Centres
for Sex Workers

bufaS is the Alliance of the Counselling Centres for Sex Workers in Germany.

bufaS advocates for:

  • the sustainable improvement of the working and living conditions of sex workers
  • the legal and social equality of sex workers with other employed persons
  • the equality of sex work with other occupations
  • the decriminalization of the sex work and the de-stigmatisation of sex workers

Primarily on the Internet, where we offer a variety of information and assistance to all who are interested. You can contact us or send a message:

Prostituiertenschutzgesetz

Zur Zeit wird über ein „Gesetzes zur Regulierung des Prostitutionsgewerbes sowie zum Schutz von in der Prostitution tätigen Personen“, vorgelegt als Referentenentwurf des Bundesministeriums für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend (BMFSFJ), diskutiert.
Der bufas e.V. lehnt diesen Entwurf ab.

Vergnügungssteuer

Stellungnahme zur Vergnügungssteuer für Prostituierte und Prostitutionsbetriebe: Städte und Kommunen haben neue Steuerquelle entdeckt. Zu Zeiten leerer Haushaltskassen haben deutsche Städte – vor allem in NRW – eine kommunale Aufwandssteuer für Prostituierte eingeführt.
